Returns Policy
Returns to Skrub are entirely at our expense!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, but you can try the brush, we have been accepting used returns since April 2024!
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to be able to sell the product again, we can pass on this depreciation.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hey@skrub.nl If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange
To exchange an item, it is best to contact us at hey@skrub.nl. We can then help you personally.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
